Membership

The Estonian Librarians' Association is a voluntary organisation which unites active library and information workers and other persons who are interested in librarianship. Almost 600 librarians have joined this professional organisation by 2026, incl. six honorary members. Five libraries also belong to the Association.

ELA joined IFLA in 1929 and regained membership as a national member in 1989, and has been a member of EBLIDA since 2014.
